First post-jam update: basic touchscreen support & bugfixes

What’s new in this version:
- Basic touchscreen support (needs improvement, but game is playable on phone)
- Bugfix: health pickups could be picked up even if the player had full health
- Bugfix: it was possible to die from an enemy projectile after the rewind has started
