Build 25: fences & fixes

This is our first post-jam update, here’s what’s new:
- When you enter new area with enemies, fences show up around hedges to signify that you can’t dash through hedges until you killed every enemy in the current area.
- Bugfix: player movement was limited to 45 degree angles
- Bugfix: when you dashed into 2+ enemies and one of them was weakened, all of them were killed instantly, not just the weakened done
- Bugfix: mouse sensitivity got reset when pressing R
