Build 31: some "balancing" + better stars

What’s new in this tiny update:
- reduced enemy projectile speeds, increased gargoyle movement speed
- the fake skybox has been removed, stars spawn in random locations and render like the moon
Hotfixes:
- bugfix: sometimes enemy markers showed up for enemies in a different area
- bugfix: sometimes fences didn’t go away after you killed every enemy in an area (but you could still leave by dashing through the fenced hedge)
